Very nice app. Just tried it with my new WDTV live (not the Hub one), and it works fine. Auto detects your WIFI connected devices at startup -> just select your WD device. Very convenient keyboard feature. One flaw according to me: when entering a login/password with the keyboard feature, need to press "submit" once on the in-app keyboard, and then once again on the WD device keyboard (cant submit directly from the in-app keyboard)

This app is not working with ios7!

This app only reproduces the remote, and I couldnt make it work anyway. Get the free official app instead. That one works very well.

When I try to load the app it automatically shuts down every time. It is unusable

This application does not work on iPhone 4 using IOS 4.3. When I try to access the app it shuts down right away. I have a WD Live TV Plus component hooked to my home network. I made sure the router provided an IP address... This is working OK but still the app does not run.

I downloaded this app and tried it on the iPad 2 and iPhone 4 (both with the latest os). App crashes every single time on both devices. Even tried turning both devices off and back on but still the app crashes. Tried to contact the developer but no response to date. STAY FAR AWAY from this bogus app.

What a waste of money DO NOT BUY!!!

This app works fine now. The first time i bought the app it was crashing but the new update has fixed the problem. Anyone with wdtv should purchase this apple.

Good app. Works like the real remote.

Works great after remove and installing twice. Very quick button response to unit, just about or at times faster than original issued remote.

This app leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly you should know that your WD TV HUB needs to be connected to a modem in order for the Hub and ipod to speak to each other. (of course the remote that comes with the HUB works without the wifi connection.) Suggestions: Instead of only replicating the remote as a graphical interface, itd be great if The app added capability that the remote is too awkward to do. Id like to be able to easily rename files and create folders; why not utilize the iPad keyboard? Keep trying, peeps - itd be great if you could make it much much better

This is a solid app. It works as advertised and the response to key presses is quicker than expected. However, replicating the crappy wdtv remote exactly means that it fails to take full advantage of the touch capabilities of the iPhone / iTouch. It would be great if they could follow a similar model to the Remote app for the Apple TV where you can simply use swipe gestures to control the device. This way you dont have to look at what youre doing. With this app you always have to be looking at the iPhones screen to make sure you are pressing the right button. Otherwise its a good app, especially since you can type using the keyboard on the iPhone I stead of using the onscreen keyboard / d-pad.

App keeps crashing and doesnt even start....

This app does not start. Crashes on startup. I actually feel as tho I have been robbed by the developers. Im usually pretty easy going when it comes to bugs in apps because normally, a bug this large and obvious will be corrected immediately . You can see from previous comments that this has not been corrected , yet they are still accepting money for a known non functioning app. I HAD to give it one star to submit this review. It does not deserve one star.

This is not working for me on my iPad 3. I even put in the IP address and nothing. What a waste!

Terrible app. Doesnt work. How is this still available to us to download when it doesnt work?

With iOS 6 on iPhone 5, I cant open it. It can find my media device but shut down right away even after a reboot. Sheap price for a sheap app. Hopefully will be a fix very soon. Avec le iOS 6 sur un iPhone 5, ne fonctionne pas. Il trouve mon unité de médias mais séteint immediatement. Un app pas chers qui ne vaut pas chers. Espérons une MAJ sous peut.

Whatever 3 year old developed this app had no clue what they were doing dont waste your dollar IDE rather give it to a homeless guy

Read the damn comments to know that the App. Dose not événement work! I got excited by what it said it could do... :S
